The new docuseries; “Sowing Seeds: Racial Justice and The Environmental Movement” is now available on YouTube.
Sowing Seeds is part of a new media and education campaign which aims to connect local scientists, educators and activists of color working to make a difference in our community in Humboldt County.
The series was produced and hosted by Aerin Monroe at Save California Salmon and filmed and edited by Valentina Dimas. The series aims to raise awareness and provide guidance from professionals supporting the Environmental movement as it relates to watershed restoration, policy plans and proposals for clean water, healthy ecosystems and justice for communities most plagued by Climate Change and water injustice.
